A women’s space for embodied growth.

Bloom Ensemble is a facilitated women’s gathering rooted in presence, the body, and lived experience.

We come together to slow down and listen — not to ideas of who we should be, but to what is actually here. This is a space where growth happens through awareness, honesty, and shared presence, rather than pressure or performance.

If you’re here, it’s likely not by accident.
Often, we find spaces like this when something in us is ready to be met with more honesty, depth, and care.

The intention is simple: to create a steady, grounded environment where women can arrive as they are and allow growth to unfold naturally, in the body and in real life.

Who This Space Is For

Bloom Ensemble is for women who have already done some inner work.

You may have worked with therapists, coaches, or different healing modalities. You understand your patterns, you have language for your experience — and you’re noticing that insight alone isn’t enough. You don’t want to do this work in isolation anymore.

This space is for women who:

  • feel disconnected from their bodies and want to come back gently

  • value depth, nuance, and honest reflection

  • are tired of doing meaningful work alone

  • want to be in process, alongside others, without fixing or performing

Bloom Ensemble is about continuing the work — together — in a grounded, relational way.

What to Expect When We Gather

Each gathering begins by slowing down and grounding into the body.

From there, each woman is invited to share what’s present, what’s up top, what wants to be seen or spoken. The practice is simple presence and respectful listening.

From that place, we follow what naturally arises. This may include deeper shares, reflective or shadow-oriented prompts, moments of bold truth, or quiet connection and insight. Nothing is forced, and there is room for silence as well as speech.

Bloom Ensemble sits outside of therapy, coaching, and workshops. It’s a relational space where being witnessed in your truth can be quietly powerful.

Facilitating the Space

Bloom Ensemble is facilitated with care, awareness, and respect for lived experience by our trained facilitators.

Bex Reid, MD

Bex Reid is a physician and intuitive coach with a deep interest in relational work, embodiment, and the ways healing unfolds in community. Her approach is thoughtful, steady, and grounded, with an emphasis on listening, discernment, and ethical care within group spaces.

Judes Wong, RN

With more than a decade of experience in Western medicine, Judes Wong has witnessed both the power and the limits of clinical care. Over time, her work has been shaped by the understanding that some forms of healing unfold most fully in relational spaces — often earlier, and with greater depth, than in moments of medical crisis. Because of this, her work has expanded to include intuitive coaching and group facilitation, integrating shadow-oriented inquiry and hypnotic approaches within relational spaces.
